Ondanse Privacy Policy
Last updated Aug 2, 2026
Ondanse helps you discover dance festivals. You can browse everything without an account. If you choose to sign in, this is what we store and why:
What we collect
We support two sign-in providers and store the same minimal claims from either: with Google, your Google account id, your display name and (when Google shares it) your locale; with Facebook, your Facebook user id, your display name and your locale. That's all. We never receive or store your email address, your profile picture, your password, or any access token from the provider. If you use signed-in features we also store what they need to work: the festivals you mark, your favourite DJs/artists, your saved searches, the days you block, the private events you add to your own agenda, and any promo codes you choose to publish.
Guest access
Guest access is a shared testing pool, not an account. Claiming a slot stores the slot label, the display name you type and a hash of the PIN you choose. Guest data is disposable: it can be wiped at any time, it is deleted when the slot is released, and it is never migrated to a real account.
Cookies
We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. It contains no personal data and expires after 30 days. Browsing without logging in sets no cookies.
Documents kept on your device
So your full pass and your accommodation confirmation open in a basement dance floor with no signal, the documents you attach to your prep checklist for your next festival are copied into this browser's storage. They stay on the device — we never send them anywhere else — and they are removed when that festival ends, when you delete the document, and whenever you sign out or sign in as someone else. If your browser cannot keep them (private browsing, or no room left), the app tells you instead of promising something it cannot deliver.
How we use your data
Only to provide Ondanse's features. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Festival data
Festival listings are compiled from public sources (booking providers and public event pages) and always link back to the original source.
Terms of service
Ondanse is a free service that helps you discover dance festivals. Listings are aggregated from public sources and provided for information only — we do not organize the events and cannot guarantee that details such as dates, venues, or prices are accurate or current, so always confirm with the official source before making plans. Logging in with Facebook is optional and only enables personal features such as favorites and saved searches. Please use Ondanse lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse the service.
Ondanse is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on the information shown. We may change the service or these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Delete your data
You can delete your account yourself at any time: open the settings menu (the gear in the header) and choose “Delete my account”. That removes your profile, the festivals you marked, your favourites, your saved searches, your blocked days, your private events and the documents attached to them, your taxi-dancer entries, your bookings and any promo codes you published — immediately and irreversibly. Festivals you added to the catalogue stay, because they are public listings other dancers rely on, but the link between them and you is removed. If you can no longer sign in, email support@ondanse.app instead, stating your display name and which provider you used, with the subject “Delete my Ondanse data”; we will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
You can also revoke Ondanse's access from the provider's own settings, which invalidates future sign-ins: for Google under Your account → Data & privacy → Third-party apps, and for Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites.
